On February 20, 2010, FlaCarShows.com will be hosting the third annual WinterFest open show at the Holiday Inn Express/Space Coast Convention Center, 301 Tucker Lane, Cocoa, and whether you have a classic, antique, street rod, muscle car, custom car or truck, something of special interest, or a even a bike, YOU'RE invited!
This NEW venue has well-lighted cruise in parking for more than 150, and the all-grass show field for Saturday has room for more than 400 vehicles. There's NO registration limit, and NO ONE will be turned away!
The laid-back, no-pressure weekend begins Friday afternoon, and continues throughout the day and evening Saturday. There will be dash plaques and goody bags for the first 100, door prizes, raffle prizes, Top 35 awards by participant judging, our Favorite Five awards, specialty awards, 50/50 drawing, music by WJBJ, vendors, patio bar open with food and beverage, and much, much more!

Consider making it a weekend...the room rate for the Holiday Inn is just $79/night, and there's also suites and jacuzzi suites available at additional cost.  friday evening cruise in
The Friday Cruise In is FREE, open to all vehicles, whether you're attending the Saturday show, or not. It's from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM, and will be held in the Holiday Inn lighted parking area. Food and beverage will be available. At 8:00 PM, the door prizes and the Holiday Inn Choice award will be presented, and the 60/40 (not 50/50) cash drawing. |

 vendors
The size of the show field allows plenty of room for vendors, and there's no charge to display and sell your products. Your area must be self-contained; there's no utilities available on the show field. No food or beverage vendors, and no used parts, please. Contact us at (561) 756-6593 to discuss your product and space requirements, and to register.
Vendors will be non-competing. For example, if a vendor registers selling die-cast cars, no other vendors will be allowed to sell the same product. Register early to insure a place in the Vendor Row. |

 dodge viper raffle
Benefitting the Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation, you'll be able to buy tickets for the opportunity to win a 2009 Dodge Viper SR10 Convertible. The Viper will be displayed on the show field both Friday evening and Saturday, and raffle tickets will be available for purchase. The drawing is May 15, 2010, at the Foundation's Annual BBQ in Melbourne, but you need not be present to win. For all the details, visit the Alzheimer's Raffle Website. |

 awards
Top 35 awards by participant judging. A ballot will be included with each registration packet. Select three vehicles, and be sure to turn it in to the Registration Tent BEFORE 1:00 PM Saturday.
There will also be the coveted Favorite Five awards, selected by the Old Guys, and we'll tell you why each one was selected. Plus, Congressman Bill Posey's award, the Holiday Inn Choice, the Longest Distance Driven, and the Club with the most vehicles will receive an award, plus $50 cash (ten minimum for the cash).
Your club affiliation must be on your registration form. Please don't ask to change it once you've registered. |

 raffle and door prizes
Door prize numbers will be announced regularly throughout the day, and the winning numbers will be posted at the Registration Tent. When your number is called, come to the Registration Tent, and receive your door prize.
In addition, there will be many more opportunities to win...at 2:00 PM, the first drawing will be for a crisp new $100 bill, and will be going to one of the pre-registered entrants.
Then there's great raffle prizes, including a compressor, a lightweight aluminum racing jack, a large HDTV flat screen TV, and a tool box BBQ grill. You select the prize(s) YOU want to win (Chinese auction). And there's also a Ladies raffle with fabulous prizes, and each adult female in attendance will receive one FREE ticket.
Additional tickets for the raffles can be purchased at the Registration Tent.
We'll wrap up the drawings and awards with the 50/50 drawing. Tickets can be purchased from Jen on the show field anytime before 2:00 PM Saturday. |

 marquee club
The Marquee Club is selected from amongst Florida's car clubs, and will park front and center on the show field. It's a great way to showcase your club.

Club and group parking is encouraged, and there will be plenty of room for everyone, including pop-up tents.
Clubs and groups traveling together should plan to meet somewhere close by (there's a McDonald's and Burger King a couple blocks away), and enter the show together. It'll accomplish two things...insure that you'll be parking together, and help keep the parking crew's blood pressure near normal.
If you plan to attend with MORE than ten vehicles, please let us know how many, so that we can arrange sufficient parking for your group in advance.
If your club is hosting an upcoming event, you can supply us with your event flyers before February 10th. We'll include 100 of them in the goody bags, put the rest on the registration table, and you won't have to walk the show field handing them out!

Reasonably-priced food and beverage will be available all weekend on the show field, and at the Holiday Inn patio bar. There's also a couple fast food restaurants less than a quarter-mile away, and dozens of sit-down restuarants on SR 520 between the hotel and the beach. |

 registration info
Pre-registration is open until February 10, 2010. Registration fee is $15, and all those who pre-register will receive a personalized dash card. The first 100 registered will also receive a dash plaque and a goody bag.
All those who pre-regsiter will be eligible to win a $100 bill in the Pre-registration Only drawing.
To simplify the parking process, those who pre-register, but aren't staying at the hotel, should plan on arriving Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Those who do not pre-register should arrive between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Registration closes at 11:00 AM.
