 On February 21, 2009, FlaCarShows.com will be hosting the second annual WinterFest open show at the Ramada Inn Cocoa, and whether you have a classic, antique, street rod, muscle car, custom car or truck, something of special interest, or a even a bike, YOU'RE invited!
The party begins Friday afternoon, and continues throughout the day and evening Saturday. There  will be dash plaques and goody bags for the first 100, door prizes, raffle prizes, Top 30 awards by participant judging, specialty awards, 50/50 drawing, music by WJBJ, food vendors, and much, much more!

5:30 PM-8:30 PM - FlaCarShows.com FREE Cruise In open to all. Ramada Inn Choice award. Big 60/40 drawing, door prizes,and Music by WJBJ. Show registration open for pre-registereds, and early day of show registrations. Food vendor, Ramada Inn Restaurant, and Sports Lounge open. |

8:00 AM - Pre-registration open. Pre-registered vehicles move to the lake. Music by WJBJ.
9:00 AM - Day of show entrants begin registering, and parking around the lake.
10:00 AM-1:30 PM - NSRA Courtesy Safety Inspections available.
11:00 AM - Food vendor and Ramada Inn Restaurant open for business.
2:30 PM - Awards, raffle prizes, and 50/50 drawing.
5:30 PM-8:30 PM - Parking lot gathering...consider it a mini-cruise in. Music by WJBJ. |

6:00 AM - Ramada Inn Breakfast served for overnight guests. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Drive safely, and we'll see you next year! |

awards There will also be the Best of Show, Ramada Manager's Choice, the Longest Distance Driven, and the Club with the most vehicles will receive an award, plus $50 cash (ten minimum for the cash, please).
Your club affiliation must be on your registration form. Please don't ask to change it once you've registered. |

raffle and door prizes In addition, there will be many more opportunities to win...at 2:30 PM, the first drawing will be for a crisp new $100 bill, and will be going to one of the pre-registered entrants.
Then there's great raffle prizes, including a portable GPS, a lightweight aluminum racing jack, a large HDTV flat screen TV, and a tool box BBQ grille. You select the prize(s) YOU want to win (Chinese auction). And there's also a Ladies raffle with fabulous prizes, and each adult female in attendance will receive one FREE ticket.
Additional tickets for the raffles can be purchased at the Registration Tent.
We'll wrap up the drawings and awards with the 50/50 drawing. Tickets can be purchased from Jen on the show field anytime before 2:00 PM Saturday. |

club and group info
Club and group parking is encouraged, and there should be plenty of room for everyone.
Clubs and groups traveling together should plan to meet somewhere close by, and enter the show together. It'll accomplish two things...insure that you'll be parking together, and help keep the parking crew's blood pressure near normal.
If you plan to attend with MORE than ten vehicles, please let us know how many, so that we can arrange sufficient parking for your group in advance.
If your club is hosting an upcoming event, you can supply us with your event flyers before February 8th. We'll include 100 of them in the goody bags, put the rest on the registration table, and you won't have to walk the show field handing them out!

registration info All those who pre-regsiter will be eligible to win a $100 bill in the Pre-registration Only drawing.
To simplify the parking process, those who pre-register, but aren't staying at the hotel, should plan on arriving Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Those who do not pre-register should arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Registration closes at 11:00 AM.
